I love hummus. I never had it until I moved to Los Angeles and I've been making up for lost time ever since. I have a friend who makes me batches about once a month and in between I've tried a bunch of different brands. This week I stumbled across Fountain of Health's roasted garlic hummus.O.M.G.
It is the pre-made hummus of my dreams.
For one thing, it's really garlicky, which I like.
There are no preservatives in it. It's light on the salt.
And it hasn't been blended into the consistency of library paste.
I'd say it's actually the best hummus I've ever had, but then, I'm still trying out other brands. Highly recommended.
